Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All products are made to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Processing times may vary during busy periods, holidays, or product launches. If there are significant delays, we will contact you using the email provided at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are flat rates as follows:

  • $7.50 NZ wide
  • $25 international

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at sales@obrmerino.com.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery delays are outside our control.

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist with the carrier investigation.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or other appropriate solution where applicable.

Split Shipments

Some orders may ship separately depending on product availability or package size. You will receive tracking information for each shipment if applicable.
