Made-to-Order Return & Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Personal preference
  • Minor variations in colour or finish that may occur during production

Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer either:

  • A replacement
  • A repair
  • A refund, where appropriate

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
