It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase
If for any reason you are not satisfied, it is easy to return or exchange your purchase. However, these absolutely must not have been worn.
It is important you email us before you send anything back. We will have a chat about any concerns you might have before you spend any money on postage. You have 14 days upon receipt of your product to contact us with your concerns or request to return.
Please note that we do not cover the return postage unless the goods are genuinely faulty or you have been sent the wrong product. Please include your invoice with your parcel if you need to return anything to us.
We will credit your original method of payment as soon as we receive your parcel.
Please also note that if you are wanting to exchange a garment you will incur the delivery fee of the replacement.
